I’m Byron Z. Tripp, an artist-in-residence at the Silicon Valley Museum of Art. Currently I’m a student under the famous Chinese brush calligraphy artist Zhaonan Duan, Chairman of the Chinese-American Cultural Arts Association, and my artistic lineage can be traced back to internationally renowned artist Xu Bei Hong. I have a professional background in architectural design and has worked in the field for over 25 years constructing custom residential homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. I work mainly with oil paint and Chinese brush calligraphy.
