Rim Elias is a Syrian German architect and hobby artist based in Germany. Her talent was discovered early as a child, started with classical drawing and painting, studied architec-ture in Syria 2005-2010 and in Germany 2015-2018. In the course of time, she has devel-oped her own direction. She describes her art with a mixture of unreal and freedom in thoughts and visions. What released the transform in her style was the experience in liv-ing abroad after growing up in the orient and living a few years of a very sad war. The ex-perience of living abroad and getting to know other cultures was the impressive which af-fected her personality.

Artist Statement:
"I get inspired by nature, history, cultures, humans, light, sounds, colors... every small de-tail inspires me. I see different worlds in my imagination and like to let them out some-times. I draw what I feel and what I do not always say. No one can prison our mind. In thoughts you can always break free. Dare to express yourself, dare to give existence for your thoughts. All great achievements in our world were only a small idea someday".
