A collage of a dream I had in the spring of 2022. I dreamed that I was wearing an octopus I had caught on my head and muttering "pai har".
I wondered if the dream had any meaning, so I looked up the word "pai paa" to see if it actually existed, and discovered that it was a Thai "double verb," lu\11 (pai haa). lu\11 (pai haa) means "to go to see" or "to visit” when the word for a person comes after it.
