In this work, the artist stages a hyper decorated female figure, further embellished with gold inlays. The woman performs a ballad and shows a mocking grimace on her face, a clear attitude of mockery at the adversities of life. She is a complex figure, a metaphor for a "liquid" society in an identity crisis. This work marks the artist's return to painting on canvas, after two years of artistic experimentation related to digital, a technique he nevertheless continues to use in parallel.
