Born in North Rhine-Westphalia in 1988, Philipp Strodtkötter's life path led him to the scenic artists' town of Murnau and the vibrant city of Munich in Bavaria, where he studied design. He then moved to Mallorca, Spain, where he worked in the gastronomy before starting to paint with acrylic paints as a self-taught artist. He eventually returned to Germany with his family, where he now lives in the north of the country.

His works reflect not only aesthetic beauty, but also the depth of his own emotions and thoughts. Through his art, Strodtkötter creates a space for self-reflection and inner peace in the midst of hectic everyday life. His portraits are not just images of faces, but also windows to his soul and invitations to pause and slow down.
