During lockdown, with all events canceled and many shops closed, she started creating art under the acronym LiMe. At first with simple acrylics, later adding on various textures and materials. Her style is influenced by pop culture and the use of geometric elements. One of her signature characters is Gilly. Originally designed as a minor character for her graduation collection catalog in 2003, Gilly has now taken up a prominent place in het paintings and murals.
