Stylianos (Stelios) Stylianidis is a painter and photographer based in Bordeaux, France. He was born and raised in Athens; city that, with hip hop, influenced a lot his debut in art, where he started spraying graffiti around the age of thirteen years old. When he finished high school, he went to Bordeaux to study applied art because interested into design, but then he decided to divert to illustration. After finishing his master, he traveled for six months in France, and then he went to the Canaries and Greece looking for inspiration. He finally decided to redirect his art into painting, linocut and analogical photography, ful-filling for now his creative appetite. Everything around him is an inspiration. With the waves, the surf boards, the mediterranean sun, the mystic woods of France, the hidden parties and all the colourful childhood memories, he wants the spectator to travel into these destinations, and try a little bit to feel the same things he felt.
