The two pieces engage perception of kinetic energy, light and time during a period of city revitalization. Neon Throroughfare, taken from from the highrise-level of The Queensboro Bridge, New York- is inspired by the flow of travel following a global period of shared isolation and the regeneration of urban culture and heightened optimism. The second piece, Vectored Time, is taken from the street-level of The Metropolitan Life Belltower in Madison Square Park, New York. This piece displays non-linear perceptions of color, light and time-- as related to fluid movement.
