“I try switching the light areas with dark ones and the dark areas with light ones. It feels very different from the coloured version. The coloured version has a modern vibe, while this one feels more tranquil. There is a white patch added later in the lower right corner; it also exists in the coloured version. The original sketch didn't have this patch. It was added because the upward-turning staircase wasn't clearly indicated in the original, so I added a space to highlight where the staircase turns upward”
