Igor Solomko Igor was born and raised in a small village in eastern Ukraine in the 1980’s. Already as a child Igor liked to draw, using a pencil was his favourite method and he drew small cartoon figures which he then enlarged. Igor first became familiar with painting in his teens and his first painting was sold at an exhibition arranged by his school on Lidingö, Sweden. Up until the age of 38, art was more of a hobby for Igor but today he is a full-time artist and his passion for art has engaged and inspired children and adults of all ages. “-When I paint, I am at one with my imagination. Imagination brings me to places and emotions that cannot be described and I find inner peace and harmony.
